Just to let you know that spaces are still available on the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering NEXT week (13th October). This is an acredited Chartered Institute of Environmental Health course aimed at those food handlers in the catering sector.
Please reminder it is recommended that this qualification is updated every three years and for newly registered food handlers this is the minimum requirement for training.
