About Blake Training

Sarah has been carrying out food safety training and related subjects since 1988.  Other areas of employment have been in the food Industry, the inspection of food premises, food laboratory work and in teaching Food Technology.  Sarah has been involved in catering throughout her life, and in latter years running a conference centre and now with offering food for the training centre.

Rob has been a practicing arborist since 1985.  This work has been both in the UK and abroad.  Rob has been a registered instructor and assessor since 1997 and also carried out the role of  Principal Verifier for Chainsaw Operations with City & Guilds for over 10 years. 

Lindsey Course Administrator

Lindsey started working here in 2009. Lindsey is our part time course administrator. The majority of joining instructions you receive have probably been produced by her. Lindsey is the methodical, attention to detail member of the team. She is always happy to help with any enquiries you may have.
