Chainsaw Safety Awareness Day (SAD)

This is for anyone who wishes to be aware of the safety implements of operation their chainsaw  this being petrol, electrical or battery driven.

These days are for those of you who own a chainsaw and would like to know more about it.  Topics that will be covered during the day include:

• Cleaning and sharpening the saw
• Operating it safely
• Learn more about the PPE
• and having fun in a safe environment!

Time: 9.30am - 3.00pm 

Equipment: Chainsaw, fuel/oil and maintenance tools

Clothing: Full Personal Protective Equipment (if you have this)
