Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF)

This is a one day course covering basic first aid training which may be required in an event of an emergency, injury or related incidence.

This course is relevant for anyone who wants to learn first aid and assist in an emergency situation or even assist keeping a friend, family member, work colleague alive until the emergency services arrive.  It covers how to deal with: choking, bleeding and shock, chest pains, resuscitation and much more.

The aim of the day is to learn about first aid in a fun, interactive environment.... still realizing this is a serious subject area!
